Exodus Credit Services: Credit Repair Services Terms and Conditions
Agreement: By purchasing services from Exodus Credit Services (hereafter referred to as "ECS", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
Scope of Services: ECS provides credit repair and restoration services as described on our website and in our Service Agreement. ECS will advise and guide you on measures to improve your credit report based on the information provided by the credit bureaus. We make no guarantees as to the specific outcome or improvement of your credit score.
Client Obligations: You agree to provide accurate information about your credit history, and promptly respond to our communications. You understand that our services require your active involvement, and that failure to participate and provide necessary documentation can limit our ability to provide services.
Payments and Refunds: You will be charged in accordance with the pricing structure disclosed prior to beginning our services. If you cancel our service within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund, excluding the setup fee, if any. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
Privacy: ECS respects your privacy and will only use your personal and credit information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability: ECS's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, will be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service during the term of membership.
Termination: ECS reserves the right to terminate your use of the service if we determine that you have violated this agreement, failed to cooperate with the credit repair process, or for other just cause.
Legal Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state in which ECS is registered. Any disputes arising from this agreement must be resolved in the county in which ECS's principal place of business is located.
Modifications: ECS reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ECS and governs your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and ECS.
By using the services of ECS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the use of our services.
